Austin Dog Rescue is made up purely of volunteers. Each dog is sheltered within a home in the Austin area. As such, there is no physical shelter to visit the dog at. If you think you may be interested in a particular dog now or in the future, please fill out an application form. People with approved application forms are prioritized over people who haven’t yet applied.

Description

Hi, my name is Fern and I'm here to make your day brighter! Austin Dog Rescue saved me from freezing during the last winter storm, and I am so grateful and happy to be safe and warm. My foster tells me that I am the total package. I love to go on walks, I love other dogs, I do great on car rides, and I'm 100% housetrained and crate trained. I really enjoy being around people, and I cannot get enough pets.
