Hello, my name is Pretzel, and I'm five months old. I've been in the Austin Dog Rescue Program since July 1st, and I'm thoroughly enjoying hanging out with my foster parents and their dog Izzy (German shepherd mix).  I am very affectionate, and I love to go on walks!

Since I am a growing boy I love to eat, almost as much as my foster Dad.  My foster parents have crate-trained me.  I now go happily into my crate on command.  Although I am young, I am very good at sleeping quietly in my crate for the entire night.

I am current on all my shots and preventatives, and I have been neutered. Have a great day and thanks for looking!

Austin Dog Rescue was the featured rescue at Saturday's Performance (July 17) at the summer musical "Annie" and Pretzel was our mascot and received rave reviews and lots of hugs and attention!
